I am already loving this month!
We have had blue skies and sunshine in Pennsylvania and our bird feeder is not only taking care of entire bird families, but chipmunks, bunnies, and recently a turkey have been enjoying the spillage on the ground! The hummingbirds are back and my stress stays reduced Dad with child by watching all this animal activity!
I love summer!

As your Stress-Reducing Coach, I advise everyone to indulge in a little bit of candy along with your fruit and veggies!
It's National Candy Month! To stay healthy you need to eat a variety of foods each day to supply your body with the different nutrients it needs. You also need to control how much you eat and get plenty of exercise. If you are getting your fruit veggies, and protein, and staying active, there should be room for candy in your diet. Constantly denying yourself treats will not only make you feel sad, but then when you do indulge, you will probably eat too much, eat too quickly, and not even enjoy it. Great Stress Reducer: buy a special candy and slowly and mindfully totally savor and enjoy it!

National Fruits and Vegetables Month! Yes, this too! Get out to those Farmer's Markets and get those gardens going. Eat as many different colors as you can and you will be sure to get all the vitamins and minerals you need. Eating in a healthy way will help keep that stress reduced - I promise!
