Stress Reducing Coach
Life Coach Diana Fletcher is The Stress Reducing Expert. She is a master at helping her clients reduce their stress, and live healthier more balanced lives. She helps them take action and learn to pay attention to the ways in which they are living and managing their lives.
All individual coaching packages include:
- 30-45 minute telephone coaching sessions, 3 times a month
- Ongoing support through email and phone
- Suggestions and ideas for additional reading and resources
Coaching is offered in packages of 3-month, 6-month or 1 year
Clients are encouraged to make the commitment that coaching requires. By signing up for extended periods, clients derive more value and achieve amazing results.

When I started working with Diana only two months ago, I was sitting on my butt most of the day, working a lot on my laptop. My wife was exercising occasionally, and my 11-year-old son Kevin was—well, like Mini-Me. In two months, I’ve been exercising an average of 5 times per week, same with my wife, and Kevin is doing 4, with some exercise sessions going an hour and a half. I dropped about 8 pounds. My wife dropped about 5, and my son is feeling much better about himself. Our whole mindset has been transformed about staying fit and active, and having fun! Diana was also great working with Kevin, who’s often very reserved. In fact, he didn’t even want to get off the phone the last time they talked. He’s so excited!
